Wasatch Small/Mid Cap ETF WSMD Strategy
Strategy
The investment seeks long-term growth of capital. Under normal circumstances, the managers will invest at least 80% of the fund’s net assets (plus any borrowings for investment purposes) in the equity securities, typically common stock, issued by small- and mid-capitalization companies. We define small- and mid-capitalization companies as companies that, at the time of purchase, have a market capitalization within the range of companies included in the Russell 2000® Index and the Russell Midcap® Index as of their most recent reconstitution date. It is non-diversified.
