The investment seeks to achieve capital appreciation. The fund is an actively managed exchange-traded fund (“ETF”). Under normal circumstances, between 100% and 80% of the fund’s net assets (plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes) will be invested in equity securities of U.S. companies. The fund is non-diversified.
