On May 12, 2021, Janus Henderson announced that Nick Maroutsos, head of global bonds and comanager on various vehicles, will depart from the firm on Oct. 1, 2021. His comanagers on Janus Henderson Short Duration Income ETF VNLA, Dan Siluk and Jason England, are industry veterans and remain on board. They will be joined by associate portfolio manager Addison Maier, who has been at Janus since 2011. Given the relative continuity offered by both Maroutsos' comanagers and successor, this is not cause for a change in the strategy's People rating of Average or its Morningstar Analyst Rating of Neutral.
