Strategy
The investment seeks to track the total return performance, before fees and expenses, of the Pence Ubiquitous Index. The index is a rules-based index that measures the performance of U.S.-listed common equity securities, including ADRs for foreign securities, listed on the NYSE or Nasdaq, of companies operating within the U.S. e-commerce ecosystem. The fund will generally invest in all of the component securities of the index in the same approximate proportions as in the index. It is non-diversified.
