The investment seeks to provide investment results that, before fees and expenses, correspond generally to the total return of the common stock of Tesla, Inc. (Nasdaq: TSLA) (“TSLA”), while seeking to generate income through a daily synthetic covered call strategy. Under normal market conditions, the fund seeks to invest at least 80% of its total assets in cash or cash equivalent securities, such as U.S. Treasury securities and short duration fixed-income ETFs, and securities and financial instruments that provide exposure to TSLA. It is non-diversified.
