The investment seeks capital appreciation. Under normal circumstances, the fund invests at least 80% of its net assets (plus any borrowings for investment purposes) in securities of small- to mid-sized companies that Silvant Capital Management LLC (“Silvant”) believes have higher than average growth potential. It is non-diversified.
