The investment seeks long-term capital appreciation. The fund is an actively managed exchange-traded fund (“ETF”) that seeks to achieve its investment objective by utilizing an investment strategy enhanced by the use of artificial intelligence Under normal market conditions, it invests at least 80% of its net assets (plus any borrowings for investment purposes) in equity securities of U.S. companies. It is non-diversified.
