Strategy

The investment seeks long-term capital appreciation. Under normal circumstances, the fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets (plus borrowings made for investment purposes) in securities of U.S. companies. It uses a value investment philosophy in selecting equity securities. The fund is non-diversified.
