Pimco RAFI Dynamic Multi-Factor ETF MFUS is an interesting strategy with some drawbacks. It offers only modest exposure to its intended factors, and its reliance on fundamental weighting means the fund favors value, dampening factor diversification. Additionally, its dynamic weighting approach has not proved that it’s worth the turnover and factor concentration it can invite. It earns a Morningstar Analyst Rating of Neutral.
