Strategy

The investment seeks to achieve a total rate of return which is comprised of capital appreciation and current income. Under normal circumstances, the fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets (plus borrowings for investment purposes) in U.S. companies that satisfy Matrix Asset Advisors, Inc.’s (“Matrix” or the “Sub-Adviser”) definition of value. The fund is non-diversified.
