AllianceBernstein has announced that AB US Large Cap Strategic Equities CIO Shri Singhvi will relinquish his responsibilities for the US Strategic Equities platform, including the AB US Large Cap Strategic Equities ETF, at the end of 2026. The change follows the firm's decision to appoint Singhvi as co-CIO of the AB US Large Cap Growth Strategy, effective July 31, 2026. Singhvi will remain actively involved with the AB US Large Cap Strategic Equities ETF throughout the transition, helping ensure continuity in portfolio management, investment oversight, and team leadership. Co-portfolio manager Luke Pryor will continue to lead the strategy. Although Singhvi's planned departure is a loss, Pryor has comanaged the strategy alongside Singhvi since 2024, positioning him well to support a smooth transition. AllianceBernstein plans to strengthen the team's resources over the coming months by adding a co-portfolio manager and a senior research analyst covering the energy and industrials sectors. The team supporting the strategy remains adequate despite Singhvi’s departure, though there is a bit more uncertainty given the leadership shuffling. However, the firm has stated that it does not expect any changes to the strategy's investment approach. Accordingly, the strategy’s Average People rating, Average Process rating, and overall Morningstar Medalist Ratings still apply.
