The investment seeks investment results, before fees and expenses, that track the performance of the CoinDesk 20 Index. The fund invests in financial instruments that ProShare Advisors believes, in combination, should track the performance of the index. The fund does not directly invest in crypto assets. Investors seeking a direct investment in crypto assets should consider an investment other than the fund. The index is designed to measure the performance of the 20 largest and most liquid eligible crypto assets and is intended as a benchmark for the broader crypto asset class.
