Goldman Sachs Announces Tweaks to ActiveBeta ETFs; Ratings Unchanged

Goldman Sachs will implement several process adjustments to its suite of ActiveBeta exchange-traded funds in May 2024. The changes will take effect on May 1 for Goldman Sachs ActiveBeta US Large Cap Equity ETF, while Goldman Sachs ActiveBeta International Equity ETF and Goldman Sachs ActiveBeta Emerging Markets Equity ETF will make the jump on May 31. The tweaks will prompt minor portfolio changes but don’t materially alter the strategies or their outlook, leaving their ratings unchanged.
