The investment seeks to track the total return performance, before fees and expenses, of the Solactive Indiggo Return on Leadership® U.S. Large-Cap Index (the “Index”). The fund is an ETF that employs a passive management investment approach designed to track the total return performance, before fees and expenses, of the index. The index is comprised exclusively of equity securities of the 50 highest-ranked large-capitalization companies in the United States, based on each company’s ReturnOnLeadership® (“ROL”) composite score. The fund is non-diversified.
