Strategy

The investment seeks long-term capital appreciation. Under normal market conditions, the fund invests at least 80% of its net assets (plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes) in the securities of large cap companies and companies that exhibit value style characteristics. The equity securities that the fund may invest in include common stock and real estate investment trusts (“REITs”).
