The investment seeks to achieve long-term capital appreciation. Under normal circumstances, the portfolio will invest at least 80% of its net assets in securities of U.S. companies. The portfolio may invest in ETFs for the purpose of gaining exposure to the U.S. stock market while maintaining liquidity. It may lend its portfolio securities to generate additional income.
