The investment seeks to reflect the daily changes of the price in bitcoin and carbon credit futures contracts (“Carbon Credit Futures”), as represented by the 7RCC Kaiko Bitcoin Carbon Credit Index (the “Index”), less expenses from the fund’s operations. The investments reflect the daily changes in the price of bitcoin and Carbon Credit Futures, as represented in the index. The index is designed to track the performance of investing in a portfolio comprised of 80% bitcoin and 20% Carbon Credit Futures.
