Ingenia: Warburg Pincus Tops Avid's Takeover Proposal

Warburg Pincus has lobbed a nonbinding indicative proposal for 100% of Ingenia's securities by way of an inter-conditional scheme of arrangement and trust schemes for AUD 5.45 cash per security, and a permitted half-year dividend of up to AUD 0.05 per security.
