Ingenia has received a nonbinding indicative proposal from Avid Property Group for 100% of Ingenia's securities by way of a scheme of arrangement and interconditional trust scheme, for AUD 5.35 cash per security, and a permitted half-year distribution of up to AUD 0.05 per security.
