Cogeco reported a 3.8% drop in fiscal 2026 fourth-quarter adjusted EBITDA as revenue slipped 1.9%, with weakness in its US cable business offsetting growth in Canada. Management guided to a mid- to high-single-digit decline in EBITDA in fiscal 2027.
