RELX's third-quarter year-to-date growth rates were unchanged versus the first half for risk (8%), scientific, technical and medical (6%), and legal (10%) while exhibitions was down 2 percentage points to 4% due to disruption in the Middle East. Shares were trading flat intraday Oct. 22.
