Penske Automotive: Committee Approves Go-Private Buyout at New Price of $212 per Share

Penske Automotive Group announced on Oct. 15 that its board committee unanimously recommended for approval the cash buyout offer by Penske Corp. and Mitsui announced on July 22. PAG's board then approved the offer at a new price of $212 per share in cash, up from $210 on July 22.
