Fresenius Medical Care: CEO Change Brings Out Market Bears

On Oct. 7, Fresenius Medical Care announced that Shervin Korangy (former CEO of BVI Medical and member of the FMC advisory board since 2023) would be replacing Helen Giza as CEO effective Oct. 12. Shares fell by about 7% in intraday trading on this news.
