Link REIT: Disposal of 50% Interest in 100 Market Street Unsurprising; Units Still Undervalued

Link REIT announced the disposal of a 50% interest in its 100 Market Street office asset in Australia for AUD 226 million, in line with the asset's valuation as of the end of May 2026 and implying an exit yield of 6.5%. Link will retain the remaining 50% interest in the asset.
