Atlas Arteria: Corporate Action - Accept IFM's Reasonable Offer

IFM increased its takeover offer for Atlas Arteria to AUD 5.10 per security—its previously flagged best and final price—and waived most remaining conditions. IFM already owns 35% of Atlas. The offer is open until June 25, 2026, unless extended.
