Country Garden Services, or CGS, saw a 10% year-on-year revenue growth for 2025, but core net profit declined 17% due to gross margin contraction across most business segments. The firm raised its combined final and special dividend to CNY 0.46 per share in 2025 from CNY 0.30 in 2024.
