Dollarama Earnings: Strong Performance in Canada and Latin America, but Australia Still a Drag

Dollarama’s sales rose 22% in the third quarter led by 6% same-store sales growth, a 5% rise in store count in Canada, and sales contribution from the acquisition in Australia. However, EBITDA rose only 20% as margins narrowed 50 basis points to 32.1% on an unfavorable mix from Australia.
