Hugo Boss Earnings: Tepid Sales Trends and Some Margin Improvement; Shares Undervalued

Hugo Boss reported a 1% decline in constant-currency sales in the third quarter, which was broadly in line with first-half trends (negative 2% in the first and 1% in the second quarter). Good cost controls resulted in a 30-basis-point margin improvement despite sales pressures.
