DSV Earnings: Acceleration of Integration Synergies Drives Share Price Increase; Now Fairly Valued

Accelerating synergies from the DB Schenker acquisition offset a narrower top end of the 2025 EBIT range in DSV's third-quarter release. Management expects 30% of synergies to be completed by 2025, 70% by 2026, and 85% by 2027, up from 15%, 50%, and 75%, respectively. Shares rose 7% on Oct. 23.
