Lithium Americas: Company Finalizes New US Government Loan Terms and Issues Shares

Lithium Americas announced the company finalized its loan amendments with the US Department of Energy. The company also sold roughly $100 million worth of shares under its at-the-money program. Lithium Americas shares were up 4% in pre-market trading at the time of writing Oct. 8.
