Bread reported solid second-quarter results thanks to lower credit losses. Net revenue fell 1% from last year to $929 million, while diluted EPS rose 11% to $2.94, inclusive of $0.21 worth of debt repurchase costs. These results translate to a return on tangible common equity of 22.7%.
