Nissan's consolidated revenue fell 5% in its fiscal second quarter amid weak retail sales and price discounting. Declining volume in the US, increased incentives to optimize inventory, inflationary cost pressure, and loss at its China joint venture led to a net loss of JPY 9 billion.
