Rockwell reported fiscal fourth-quarter results on Nov. 7, with organic sales declining over 20% year over year and full-year organic sales down 10%. The software & control segment's full-year sales had the greatest impact, falling 24%. We’ve decreased our fair value estimate to $267 per share from $270 as a result of continued near-term weakness. We'll revisit our valuation after Rockwell's 10-K is released and we update our model.
