After taking a fresh look at the global process automation leader, we’ve decreased Emerson Electric’s fair value estimate to $103 per share from $115. The decrease in our fair value estimate stems from more bearish margin expectations due to a short-term manufacturing slowdown. We’ve maintained our wide economic moat rating and Standard Capital Allocation Rating.
