Jeremy Glaser: It looks set to be a relatively quiet week.
Walgreens Boots Alliance reports on Wednesday. Analyst Vishnu Lekraj thinks the no-moat firm is fairly valued as it navigates through a pressured operating environment.
A trio of 2-star rated firms are on tap. Wide-moat McCormick has been posting solid growth, but Erin Lash sees it as pricey. Narrow-moat Lululemon has been riding the athleisure trend and has industry-leading gross margins, but this is already baked into the share price, says Bridget Weishaar. Sonia Vora describes narrow-moat beer, wine, and spirits company Constellation Brands as looking frothy.
Consumption data on Thursday, along with its underlying inflation gauge, is likely to be the most watched piece of economic data. The third estimate of fourth-quarter GDP and pending home sales are also on deck.
