The Housing Bank for Trade & Finance is a commercial banking setup based predominantly in Jordan. Its operating segments include Retail Banking; Corporate; Corporate Finance; Treasury and Others. Retail Banking segment includes following up on deposits of individual customers and small businesses and granting them loans, debts, credit cards, and other services. Its Corporate segment includes following up on deposits, credit facilities, and other banking services for institutional and corporate clients. Corporate Finance segment relates to arranging structured finance and providing services relating to privatizations, IPOs, mergers, and acquisitions. The Treasury segment includes providing trading and treasury services and management of the Bank's funds in money and capital markets.
