Expanding the lending workflow with Lendr by Mortgage Automator's loan origination technology and AI-powered underwriting engine with DossDocs' attorney-quality automated loan document software.
IRVINE, Calif., Nov. 4, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- DossDocs™ and Mortgage Automator today announced an integration between DossDocs and Lendr, Mortgage Automator's all-in-one loan origination and servicing platform built specifically for private and hard money lenders. DossDocs is the most widely used on-demand loan document platform serving the real estate industry and was built by one of the nation's leading mortgage lawyers, Dennis H. Doss.
With the integration, lenders and brokers can manage origination and loan activity in Lendr, use AI-powered tools to capture key information, send loan data into DossDocs, and have completed documents returned to the Lendr loan file. Lendr maps a substantial volume of loan data directly into the DossDocs workflow, eliminating the need to re-enter data already captured in Lendr.
"When a loan is ready to close, our customers care about speed and about documents that match the loan they actually wrote. This delivers both," said Bryce Matheson, U.S. General Manager at Mortgage Automator. "DossDocs has always been good at the legal side, and now they can pull straight from the loan file in Lendr, so nobody's typing everything in a second time and hoping the two versions match. That's real time back on every file."
Through the integration, DossDocs customers using Lendr can:
- Reduce manual data entry, with Lendr loan data, defaults, and account settings populating the majority of the DossDocs workflow
- Use Lendr's AI Underwriter to read uploaded loan documents, capture key information, and identify issues earlier in the process
- Manage origination, servicing, construction draws, and investor and fund management in one platform built by private lenders for private lenders
- Support fix-and-flip and ground-up construction loans with built-in construction draw management, alongside DSCR, bridge, and other private-lending transactions
"The mapping on this integration is exceptional," said Aletha Nelson, Vice President of DossDocs. "The Lendr team understands their data and workflow, and it shows in how much information flows into DossDocs automatically. The result is an integration that carries far more of the loan into DossDocs and leaves much less for the lender to re-enter."
