Fast casual concept coming to Spanish Fork, celebrating grand opening on November 17 with free chicken salad for a year
ATLANTA, Nov. 2, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Chicken Salad Chick, the nation's only fast casual chicken salad restaurant concept, announced today the opening of its second restaurant in The Beehive State, located at 588 E Commerce Way in Spanish Fork. The new location features a convenient drive-thru, and the local community is invited to celebrate the grand opening on Tuesday, November 17 where the first 100 guests in line will win free chicken salad for a year*.
During the grand opening week, guests can expect to experience the Southern hospitality Chicken Salad Chick is known for while taking advantage of various specials and giveaways. These include:
- Tuesday, November 17 – Free Chicken Salad for a Year to the First 100 Guests – The first guest in line at 10am will receive one FREE large Quick Chick of chicken salad per week for an entire year. The next 99 guests in line will receive one FREE large Quick Chick of chicken salad per month for a year.*
- Wednesday, November 18 – The first 50 guests will receive a FREE 40oz Chick Tumbler with lid and straw!**
- Thursday, November 19 – The first 50 guests will receive a FREE Chick Picnic Blanket!**
- Friday, November 20 – The first 25 guests will receive a FREE Chick Beanie!**
- Saturday, November 21 – The first 25 guests will receive a FREE Chick Drawstring Backpack!**
Chicken Salad Chick of Spanish Fork is owned and operated by father-son-nephew trio, Michael, Rylan, and Jordan Mills. They comprise their franchise group, MJR Holdings LLC and marks the group's second Chicken Salad Chick restaurant, following the opening of the brand's first Utah restaurant in Pleasant Grove in June. The venture is a family affair, with their wives also playing active roles in restaurant operations. Looking ahead, their team plans to develop an additional four restaurants throughout Utah. Collectively, the Mills bring years of accounting and small business management to the table and are eager to continue growing their partnership with the brand.

Chicken Salad Chick is known for its dozen-plus variety of made-from-scratch chicken salad flavors, fresh sides, gourmet soups, signature sandwiches, and desserts. The new Spanish Fork restaurant offers in-restaurant dining, drive-thru, take-out, third-party delivery, and catering options.
