MIAMI, Nov. 2, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- eMed Population Health today announced the appointment of Tom Finn as Executive Vice President, Sales. With over 20 years of experience in enterprise sales, health plan operations, and commercial growth, Finn will lead eMed's enterprise sales organization. The appointment reflects the company's ambitious next phase of growth as it scales employer adoption of its clinically managed GLP-1 programs.

As Executive Vice President, Sales, Finn will lead eMed's enterprise sales organization with end-to-end accountability for new-business sales strategy, execution, and revenue growth. He will focus on the nation's largest employers and the employee benefits brokers and consultant firms that advise them, while collaborating closely with eMed's partnerships leadership to drive further growth.
"Tom is a transformational leader, and he's joining eMed at an incredibly important moment for healthcare," said Linda Yaccarino, Chief Executive Officer of eMed Population Health. "Our rapid growth with enterprise employers reflects the power of our clinical model, and we are ready for the next stage. He brings two decades of experience building and leading high-performance healthcare organizations. Tom will help us expand our reach, deepen our employer relationships and drive continued growth nationwide."
Most recently, Finn built the sales team and national broker distribution network at Onsera, a clinically managed GLP-1 company. Previously, he served as founding CEO of LeggUP, a behavioral health and well-being platform. He also held senior leadership roles at Aetna and Elevance Health, two of the nation's leading health benefits organizations, bringing deep experience in health plans, employer benefits, and commercial growth.
"Employers are looking for solutions that can improve health outcomes while helping manage rising healthcare costs, and eMed is uniquely positioned to meet that need," said Finn. "The company has developed a differentiated platform, proven clinical results, and strong employer relationships. I'm excited to build on that foundation and help bring eMed's clinically managed GLP-1 programs to more organizations nationwide."
Finn joined eMed on November 2 and reports directly to CEO Linda Yaccarino.
