SHENZHEN, China, Oct. 30, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- TerraMaster today officially launched its TOS Developer Platform and the accompanying App Listing Reward Program. We're inviting independent developers, open-source project maintainers, Homelab enthusiasts, and self-hosting advocates worldwide to bring their existing applications to the TerraMaster NAS ecosystem, reach users around the world, and help grow the TOS app ecosystem. Through the TOS Developer Platform, developers can package and adapt existing projects without having to build new software from scratch. Once approved, applications can be published in the global TOS App Center, gaining distribution and exposure opportunities among TerraMaster NAS users worldwide.
Easy Development and Streamlined App Publishing
The platform provides comprehensive development documentation and ready-to-use packaging templates for Debian (.deb) and Docker. It supports online self-service submissions, automated validation, review status tracking, and API access, allowing developers to integrate the submission process into their existing CI/CD release workflows. Developers only need a valid email address to register, with no real-name verification or physical TerraMaster NAS device required. Development and testing can be performed using an Ubuntu 22.04 virtual machine.
Developers Keep 100% of Donations
Developers can configure their own HTTPS donation links on their application detail pages. TerraMaster does not charge donation commissions or handle donation funds. All donations received through developers' own links go directly to the developers, giving them more opportunities to receive support from their users.
The App Listing Reward Program Is Now Open
List your apps on the TOS App Center by April 30, 2027, to earn a reward for each eligible app, with rewards of up to $30 per app. The more eligible apps you publish, the more rewards you can earn.
Eligibility and reward distribution are subject to the official program rules. TerraMaster reserves the right to make final decisions regarding eligibility and rewards.
