NEW YORK and LONDON and LOS ANGELES and MIAMI and TORONTO and WELLESLEY, Mass., Oct. 26, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Following years of strategic acquisitions and growth, SLC Management today announced that its US$326 billion investment management platform will come together under a single global brand, GreenOak, bringing together BGO, Crescent Capital, InfraRed Capital Partners, SLC Fixed Income and Advisors Asset Management. The brand transition will occur over the next 12 months.
"The launch of GreenOak reflects the evolution of our business and how we will operate as one integrated platform," said Sonny Kalsi, President and CEO, GreenOak. "While our name may be changing, our focus remains the same: generating strong investment outcomes, delivering exceptional client service and empowering our people to do their best work."
The GreenOak platform will continue to be defined by its established investment teams, strategies and client relationships, supported by experienced leadership and a deep bench of talent positioned to lead the firm through its next phase of growth.
"The businesses coming together under GreenOak have each earned the trust of clients through deep expertise and disciplined investing. Together, we offer significant scale and breadth across public and private markets, with a presence spanning more than 31 offices in 15 countries worldwide. Bringing these capabilities together under one brand unlocks even greater potential to collaborate, innovate and deliver the full value of our platform," added Mr. Kalsi.
The GreenOak name has deep roots in investment management. Sun Life acquired GreenOak Real Estate in 2018 and combined it with Bentall Kennedy to form BentallGreenOak, which later became BGO. Its return at the broader platform level builds on that history while extending the name beyond its real estate origins to represent the full breadth of the organization today. The reimagined brand retains the strength and continuity representing the firm's collective heritage while bringing a renewed sense of growth, vitality and ambition.
The GreenOak brand will be introduced progressively across client, employee and broader market channels. To learn more about GreenOak, please visit: www.greenoak.com.
