Nicholson will further bolster Consello's CEO Advisory practice, helping leaders navigate growth opportunities, strategic transactions, shifting consumer preferences, and evolving stakeholder expectations.
Nicholson has deep experience spanning investment banking, capital markets and equity research. Previously, she served as Co-Head of Citi's Global Consumer Equity Research sector. Nicholson spent more than 20 years as one of Citi's most senior consumer equity research analysts, following nearly a decade in the firm's Consumer Investment Banking team. During her time as an equity analyst, Nicholson was recognized to Institutional Investor's Best Analysts of the Year list for multiple years running in the Consumer: Cosmetics, Household & Personal Care Products category.
Most recently, she co-led Baird's Beauty & Wellness practice for their Global Consumer Investment Banking Group, advising CEOs and Founders on strategy, growth plans and transactions. She also covered Food & Beverage and Pet Care.
