Eight botanical, mineral and amino actives in one measured shot, for the moment after the effort, before tomorrow.
LOS ANGELES, Oct. 26, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- ATLAUA announces SOLACE, a botanical recovery blend served as a 2 fl oz (59 mL) shot. SOLACE launches in November, direct at atlaua.shop and is now open for pre-order.

ATLAUA was founded by former professional soccer player Adrian Goransch. An injury started the desire to create an enjoyable recovery ritual that meets the standard of professional athletes.
SOLACE joins CALM as an essential blend in the ATLAUA range. CALM, the elevated recovery blend, launched in May 2026 exclusively through the Club of A's, the brand's membership community. ATLAUA has now opened access outside the Club and added SOLACE, created to establish an additional recovery ritual that is shaped by the demands of performance for active and demanding lifestyles.
ATLAUA SOLACE is a functional blend on a berry juice base of blackcurrant, Concord grape, raspberry and blueberry. It contains natural ingredients only, no alcohol and no artificial additives. The blend is infused with eight botanical, mineral and amino actives:
- Magnesium Malate (mineral)
- GABA (amino acid)
- L-Theanine (amino acid)
- Ashwagandha (adaptogenic root extract)
- Lion's Mane (functional mushroom)
- Reishi (functional mushroom)
- Chamomile (botanical flower)
- Lemon Balm (botanical leaf)
The shot format is intentional, as recovery is not a one-time event. It works as a habit, and habits last when they become a routine. ATLAUA makes recovery rituals enjoyable and easy to keep. One 2 fl oz shot equals one serving, starting in a four-pack with nothing to measure or prepare. It is best cold, poured over ice, or used as a base for one's own crafted creations. The loop is simple: Sweat. Sip. Rest. Repeat.
"Recovery and performance belong together, in sport and in everyday life. That is the core belief ATLAUA was built on," said Adrian Goransch, founder of ATLAUA.
Why recovery matters: an international expert consensus statement describes recovery as a requirement for athletes who want to sustain high-level performance.¹ Beyond sport, a meta-analysis of working adults links relaxation and mastery experiences outside work to higher work engagement and job performance.² A review of habit science adds what makes it last: actions repeated in a stable context become automatic and hold even when motivation runs low.³
The occasion is built into the idea: after the effort, before tomorrow. It is not a specific time on the clock. It arrives when the work is done, whether that is a training session, a closed deal, a long flight or a full day of decisions.
