The global leader in working capital solutions takes its first step in bringing traditional trade finance onto the blockchain, starting with its Electronic Time Drafts.
ATLANTA, Oct. 26, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- PrimeRevenue, the global leader in working capital solutions, today announced it is tokenizing its patented Electronic Time Draft (ETD) instrument on Solana, taking its first step toward bringing the capabilities of traditional trade finance to decentralized finance.

Tokenizing ETDs connects PrimeRevenue's global network of funding partners directly to on-chain capital markets. The ambition is to extend access to eligible on-chain investors over time.
Beyond ETDs, PrimeRevenue sees potential to bring a wider range of working capital instruments on-chain, giving corporates new ways to unlock liquidity and giving its network of funders access to a high-quality, short-duration real-world asset class.
ETDs represent a buyer's obligation to pay a specified amount at a defined future date. PrimeRevenue's technology already manages these instruments electronically. Moving them on-chain with Solana maximizes the potential for zero-friction reconciliation. Each issuance, transfer, lifecycle event and maturity settlement is captured instantly so capital can move at the pace of commerce on a verifiable, shared record.
PrimeRevenue brings unrivaled scale to this move: a global working capital platform used by 50,000 companies, supported by over 100 funding partners and facilitating more than $300 billion in annual payment transactions. The initiative puts corporate payment obligations from an established global network on-chain and connects them with new sources of institutional capital.
Solana combines fast, low-cost transactions with a growing ecosystem of institutional investors, asset managers and tokenized asset providers. This gives PrimeRevenue the infrastructure and market connections to distribute ETDs to a broader range of financial institutions, and to scale to further asset types as the program grows.
PJ Bain, CEO, PrimeRevenue, commented:
"PrimeRevenue has spent more than two decades building the world's leading working capital network. Now we are taking it on-chain. Bringing Electronic Time Drafts to Solana is the first step in moving traditional trade finance onto infrastructure that is transparent by design, settles in seconds and is accessible to capital anywhere in the world. This is about far more than a single instrument. It creates new pathways to unlock working capital and liquidity for our customers and funding partners."
Ben Brophy, Head of Institutional Growth, Europe, Solana Foundation, added:
"PrimeRevenue is bringing Electronic Time Drafts to Solana, putting real corporate payment obligations onchain. This builds on the momentum in stablecoins and tokenised assets already on Solana and marks another step towards connecting institutional finance with the speed, efficiency and global reach of internet capital markets."
