SANTA MONICA, Calif., Oct. 23, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Dialogica ("Dia"), the voice-first AI secretary for the world's top law firms, today announced that Silicon Valley go-to-market business development Investment Banker, Dylan Gittleman is partnering with Dia's founder Austin Worrell, to offer a donation of 0.01% equity in Dialogica to support Rabbi Chanowitz Chabad's organization in Sullivan County, NY.

The donation is intended to help fund a new synagogue and commercial kitchen at Chabad of Monticello, expanding food assistance, spiritual care, and support for Sullivan County's underserved, elderly, disabled, and ill residents in need.

The initiative is deeply personal for Gittleman. During his mother's final months battling pancreatic cancer, Rabbi Chanowitz and his wife visited her nursing home regularly, bringing food, prayers, music and companionship.

"The compassion they showed my mother was extraordinary," said Gittleman. "Their tireless dedication to people in need inspired me to help build something lasting for our community."

The donation is an example of how AI startups and innovative philanthropy can support local communities. It presents a unique philanthropic opportunity. For example, some of the largest legal AI companies have reportedly reached a valuations in the billions, at which point a 0.01% stake could represent millions before dilution and other adjustments. Dia, which aims to reach unicorn status, will have the potential to see significant growth in the equity stake donated to Rabbi Chanowitz Chabad's organization over time.

"Rabbi Chanowitz and his wife have devoted their lives to serving others. Dylan's personal experience inspired us to contribute to their mission," Dialogica founder Austin Worrell stated. "We also hope that this donation serves as a model for other startups, and other companies in the AI sector. A small amount of equity now can bring truly meaningful change for communities across the country."

"We are deeply grateful to Dylan Gittleman and Dialogica for their generosity and commitment to our community," said Rabbi Chanowitz.
