New Endura+ blade delivers longer cutting life and more sharpening cycles, helping portable sawmill owners spend more time milling and less on replacement blades.
SCUGOG, ON, Oct. 22, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Woodland Mills is introducing the Endura Sawmill Blade lineup, featuring the all-new Endura+ Blade, engineered to stay sharp longer, withstand more sharpening cycles and deliver a longer overall service life for portable sawmill owners.

At the heart of Endura+ is an enhanced heat-treatment process that increases the durability of the blade and its cutting edge, letting sawyers mill longer and resharpen more.
The Endura+ joins Woodland Mills' new Endura blade lineup, with all existing Woodland Mills bandsaw blades now rebranded under the Endura name. Customers can continue purchasing the same trusted blades they rely on today, while also having the option to upgrade to the higher-performance Endura+.
Standard Endura blades are designed for two to three hours of active milling between sharpenings and can be re-sharpened up to five times. Endura+ extends active milling time to up to four hours and can be re-sharpened up to seven times, giving sawyers more productive cutting time and a longer overall service life.
The Endura lineup builds on the bandsaw blades already trusted by thousands of Woodland Mills sawyers around the world. Available in a range of lengths for Woodland Mills portable sawmills, Endura and Endura+ blades are also compatible with equivalent blade sizes used on other portable sawmill brands.
The launch of this new lineup reflects Woodland Mills' ongoing focus on improving the complete portable sawmilling experience, from major equipment innovations like the recently upgraded HM126MAX Portable Sawmill to the blades, parts and accessories sawyers depend on every day. Endura+ brings that same focus on performance and durability to one of the most frequently replaced components on a portable sawmill.
"The blade is one of the most important performance components on any sawmill. It directly affects cutting performance, productivity and the quality of the finished lumber," says Josh Malcolm, co-founder of Woodland Mills. "With Endura+, we focused on improving the durability of the blade and cutting edge so sawyers can mill longer between sharpenings and get more sharpening cycles from each blade."
"We started Woodland Mills because we believed owning a capable sawmill should be approachable for everyday landowners," says Woodland Mills co-founder Neil Bramley. "Endura+ carries that same thinking into the parts people use every day: make them perform better, last longer, and deliver more value."
