A patent application for AI IAQ is pending with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
AI IAQ helps Absolute Best Air technicians diagnose repairs on both heating and cooling systems, and lets them complete the company's 151-point inspection in about 30 minutes, down from roughly three hours. Since deploying the system in March 2026, Absolute Best Air has reduced callbacks and return trips by 90% and achieved a 99% first-time fix rate.
Over the past year, Absolute Best Air has also grown from 123 to 715 Google reviews while maintaining a 4.9-star rating.
AI IAQ was built by company owner David Longino, a third-generation HVAC contractor who learned the trade from his father, who learned it from his grandfather. Before leading Absolute Best Air, Longino served as a firefighter and paramedic and ran air conditioning calls between 24-hour station shifts.
