RALEIGH, N.C. and JACKSONVILLE, Fla.,, Oct. 21, 2026
RALEIGH, N.C. and JACKSONVILLE, Fla., , Oct. 21, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Noble Administration Network has opened Central North Carolina and North Florida to HVAC retailers. The six Central North Carolina territories cover Raleigh, Durham, Cary, Greensboro, Winston-Salem, and High Point. The 26 North Florida territories run from Pensacola and Tallahassee to Gainesville, Ocala, Jacksonville, Daytona Beach, Orlando, and the Space Coast.
THREE NEW MARKETS SINCE LATE SEPTEMBER
Noble opened St. Louis at the end of September, then opened Central North Carolina and North Florida on October 12. The program now covers about 80 territories across Arkansas, Dallas Fort Worth, Missouri, Central North Carolina, and North Florida. Most of the retailers on the program signed on in September and October, and retailers in both new markets started applying for territories on the day they opened.
ONE HVAC RETAILER PER TERRITORY
Noble offers the warranty program to only one residential HVAC retailer per territory. A retailer that proves its volume in its first 90 days holds the territory exclusively from then on. Every quote that retailer writes then carries a lifetime HVAC warranty no other competitor in that area can offer. And each warranty brings the homeowner back to the same retailer for routine maintenance twice a year.
WHAT THE WARRANTY COVERS
Most residential systems come with a manufacturer's warranty of five to ten years that covers parts only. The Noble lifetime HVAC warranty covers repairs on the major internal components of central air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, ductless mini splits, and packaged systems. Labor and refrigerant are also included, for as long as the homeowner owns the home and keeps up the routine maintenance.
A national, brand-name A-rated insurance company backs every claim, and Noble administers every one. The retailer builds the cost into the system price, so the homeowner pays nothing extra.
"Most HVAC retailers lose jobs the same way: the homeowner has a few quotes that look exactly the same, so they pick the cheapest one.
"A Noble retailer's quote is the only one on that kitchen table with a lifetime warranty attached, labor included, at no extra cost to the homeowner.
"That's why retailers in our new markets started calling us the same day we opened! Each territory only goes to one retailer, so the retailers who move first get the first chance to hold it exclusively."
