CHICAGO, Oct. 20, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- The Partner Companies (TPC), a global manufacturer, announced today the acquisition of Advanced CNC Industries, Inc. (Advanced CNC Industries), a Temecula, California-based precision CNC machining and engineering company. The acquisition adds machining equipment and enhanced capabilities to meet growing demand for precision optical components in key sectors.
This strategic addition will strengthen Optiforms, TPC's Temecula-based optics business, with in-house CNC milling, turning, programming and engineering solutions. These additions complement Optiforms' existing expertise and production, giving customers more integrated manufacturing solutions.
"Advanced CNC Industries has built something valuable, and we see an opportunity to build on that momentum while creating new possibilities across TPC. That's exactly the kind of strategic growth we look for to better serve our customers across industries," said Christian Streu, Chief Financial Officer of TPC.
"Our customers are constantly pushing the limits of what can be manufactured, and that pushes us to keep evolving too," said Travis Wood, Group President, TPC. "Bringing on Advanced CNC Industries' machining and engineering capabilities gives our Optiforms business more ways to solve our customers manufacturing needs and greater production capacity."
Founded in 2023 by David Swanson, Advanced CNC Industries provides engineering expertise and produces complex metals and plastics to large, machined parts using CNC machining and advanced programming techniques. Swanson will remain with the company through the transition.
"I'm proud of what we've built at Advanced CNC Industries and the work we've been able to do for our customers," said David Swanson, founder of Advanced CNC Industries. "Optiforms is a natural home for what we've built, and I'm excited to help bring these capabilities into the business."
The acquisition supports TPC's long-term growth strategy of bringing together the capabilities, innovation, insights and infrastructure of top specialty manufacturers to deliver long-term value and industry-leading performance. This strategic investment will expand the machining capabilities available across TPC's optical businesses.
