New Pearson Studio products to connect learning, career readiness, and workplace credentials
HOBOKEN, N.J., Oct. 14, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Pearson (FTSE: PSON.L), the world's lifelong learning company, today announced the first two products in its new Pearson Studios family to help close the workforce readiness gap facing millions of learners and employers in the age of AI. Career Studio for School and Career Studio for Work will connect career exploration, skills training, and industry-recognized certifications to give learners a clearer path from middle school to the workplace.

Both products draw on the Pearson Career Ready portfolio, which brings learning content, services, and credentials together to help learners explore career possibilities, build skills, and prepare for their futures. The portfolio includes hundreds of Career and Technical Education (CTE) titles, eDynamic Learning courses and simulations, and industry-recognized certifications from Pearson Certiport.
Pearson Career Ready, Career Studio for School
Career Studio for School will help school districts support middle and high school students explore career possibilities, discover pathways aligned to their interests, and use data insights to build individualized plans for their future. Students will use assessments to discover their strengths and explore careers, including education requirements, salary, and job outlook. For educators and administrators, district dashboards will bring together student interests, pathway engagement, and Pearson Certiport certification information. Career Studio for School will provide greater visibility into student outcomes to help districts with reporting and program planning.
Pearson Career Ready, Career Studio for Work
Career Studio for Work will help colleges, universities, workforce organizations, and employers support adult learners seeking courses and industry-recognized certifications connected to career opportunities. Learners will be supported from enrollment through completion by a dedicated success coach and an AI tutor trained in their field of study. Every program includes dedicated modules in AI literacy and career development. The Career Studio for Work experience is launching in partnership with select colleges and employers with training pathways in information technology (IT) and health professions, with additional career areas to follow.
"Millions of learners are looking for career pathways that can connect them to meaningful employment, while employers are struggling to find candidates with the skills needed to succeed in today's workplace," said Pearson Chief Product Officer, Tony Prentice. "We're launching Career Studios to close the gap and make career exploration, skill development, certification and employability central to the learning experience for school and college students, and adults in the workforce."
The introduction of these Pearson Studio products marks an important milestone in Pearson's strategy to accelerate connected learning experiences that align quality education with the needs of the workforce. Both products are in pilot and will be available in 2027.
